Vacation Week 1
We had such a great time on vacation. We went so many places, saw so many people, it was just perfect. My camera and I were not friends however, so please excuse my photos! Kimmy and Courtney picked Trevor and I up from the airport and we stayed the first night in Huntington Beach. It is so beautiful there! The next day mom and Ryley joined us and after lunch at Tommy's we headed down to the beach. The kids loved being in the water and finding shells.
We had a great time sitting and laughing on the beach.
We stayed on last night with Aunt Kimmy and Uncle Matt. The kids had a great time playing with them and visiting Uncle Matt's shoe store (Vans). They have the cutest dogs that the kids have a ball with. 
We then got to go and visit dad and Carol in their beautiful new home in Oceanside. It was so nice seeing them again. We miss everyone so much while we are away....it's fun to be all together again. As a bonus, Mike and April live a few miles away so we were able to spend lots of time with them as well. We made it just in time to watch Cody graduate from preschool.
We all went to see Shrek in 3-D. The little boys wore their glasses for days afterwards....they thought they were so cool.
We visited the beach again. Our Oceanside peeps thought it was too cold, but the overcast skies were a welcome relief from the Texas heat.
We all went to the Wild Animal Park together one day too. It was lots of fun! Here's dad and Carol with all of the grandkids (we were just missing Maya).
We then got to go and visit dad and Carol in their beautiful new home in Oceanside. It was so nice seeing them again. We miss everyone so much while we are away....it's fun to be all together again. I love San Diego, and all of my family who lives there. What a great way to start our vacation.
